Within 14 days of delivery, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the purchased products without providing any reason. This right applies exclusively to online purchases made by private customers through our e-commerce.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, log into your reserved area (👤 in the menu), click on “Request Return” for your Delivered order, and follow the indicated steps.

Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered: intact, unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
